Phillip Bonser

Phillip has extensive experience in helping leaders and others within organisations change the way they work together in order to achieve different outcomes. In doing this he draws on nearly 30 years of practical organisational management and leadership experience as well as his diverse career as a former senior executive with the NSW Department of Education and Training, senior manager, teacher, adult educator, consultant and advisor. He has worked with a wide range of individuals, leadership teams and organisations in Federal and State governments, professional services, banking and finance, local government, education and training, manufacturing, rural industries, healthcare and recruitment and has particular experience in leading and consulting about business improvement and change projects in volatile and politically sensitive environments. Much of his experience, both as a former senior executive in the education and training sector and now as a consultant, has had a focus on shifts in organizational identity and the development of more transparent, outward-looking, citizen-centric processes and practices.
