We are doing more and more work helping people design and run meetings, consultations, collaborative forums and roundtables.

We also help groups improve the quality of their own meetings and internal communication processes.

Recently we have had considerable success by getting involved early in the planning for some key meetings as business units seek to build a different, more collaborative approach to working in partnership with key stakeholders. We find that this attention to preparation and to the impression the overall structure of the meeting/process will create is really paying off.
